The lick mat in these photos is one of two. Your kit includes one purple and one blue.

Tire your dog's mind, not just their legs.
Your dog isn't being bad. They're bored. Dogs are built to sniff, forage, and work for their food. The Boredom Buster Kit gives them a job three different ways: the same three tools we reach for with Finn and Bear, our own dogs.
What's in the kit
- Snuffle Mat: a soft fleece foraging mat. Hide kibble in the folds and let your dog sniff it out.
- Lick Mat Duo (2-pack): textured silicone mats with a suction base. Smear on peanut butter, yogurt, or wet food, and freeze it to make it last.
- Slow Feeder Bowl: a maze-pattern bowl that turns a gulp into a puzzle.
Why it works
- Sniffing is real work. Foraging asks a lot of a dog's nose and mind, and a good sniff-hunt tends to leave them settled rather than wound up.
- Licking is steady and repetitive. A lick mat earns its keep on thunderstorms, nail trims, alone time, and the days you just need fifteen quiet minutes.
- Slow feeding stretches a meal out. Turning dinner into a puzzle slows fast eaters and adds a little daily mind work to a meal they were having anyway.
Who it's for
High-energy dogs, apartment and no-yard living, nervous dogs who need something to do during storms and grooming, puppies with too much energy, rainy-climate owners, and anyone whose dog acts out when they're under-stimulated.
How to use it
Start easy. Sprinkle a few treats on top so your dog wins fast and learns the game, then make it harder as they get the hang of it. Rotate the three so it stays novel. Ten to fifteen minutes is usually plenty. Our guides cover introducing a snuffle mat and what to put on a lick mat.
Care
Snuffle mat: machine wash, air dry. Lick mats: top-rack dishwasher, or warm soapy water. Slow feeder: hand wash only.
Safety: for supervised use only. These are feeders and puzzles, not chew toys. If your dog shreds fabric or silicone, stay with them and put it away between sessions. Use xylitol-free peanut butter only (xylitol is toxic to dogs).
Our kit items come from different makers, so your kit may arrive in two or three separate packages, each with its own tracking number. Every product here has been tested on Finn and Bear first.
