Meet Finn and Bear

Finn is six, loud, and a complete sweetheart. Bear is five and a half, a little goofy, and utterly devoted to his squeaky toy. They're half-brothers. We brought Bear home so Finn would have a playmate, and they've been a matched set of high-energy Pembroke corgis ever since. If you've ever caught your dog burrowing under the sheets to hide a toy, you already know what our house looks like.

Finn, a red and white Pembroke corgi, rolled over on his back on a rug with his paws in the air, head tipped upside down towards the camera.
Finn, six.
Bear, a tricolour Pembroke corgi, lying on a grey sofa with his chin resting on the cushion, looking straight at the camera.
Bear, five and a half.

All that energy is the reason Busy Dog Supply Co. exists.

How it started

Bear eats like every meal is a competition, so we tried a slow feeder bowl. Then we got a treat puzzle for both of them. Watching the two of them nose around, work out the trick, and hunt down every last treat was the moment it clicked: focused, happy, and actually worn out afterward. A dog who has had to think settles.

Bear, mid-hunt. This is the face that started the shop.

How we pick what we sell

We went a little overboard after that. There are an overwhelming number of dog products out there, and most of them are noise, so we started keeping only the ones that earned their spot with Finn and Bear. That's our whole rule: if it's good enough for our two corgis, we're confident putting it in front of yours.

Where we are

Home base these days is North Carolina. We road-tripped the boys all the way here from Southern California, which is a story for another day. Wherever you and your dog are, we hope this little shop makes enrichment simpler: fewer gimmicks, less guessing, just the good stuff.

Thanks for being here. Give your pup a scratch from Finn and Bear.
