Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping time. Our products are made and shipped by overseas makers, so good things take a little while to reach you: delivery is typically 10–20 business days (about 2–4 weeks) after processing. We think it’s worth the wait, and we’d rather tell you honestly up front than promise overnight and let you down. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier delays, holidays, and your location.

Shipping cost. Free shipping on all orders. It’s built into our pricing, so no shipping charge is added at checkout.

Tracking. Every order includes tracking, emailed to you when your order ships. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, email us at cs@busydogsupply.com and we’ll chase it down.

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages. Our products come from different makers, so a kit or multi-item order may arrive as two or three parcels, each with its own tracking number, and they may not land on the same day. If part of your order arrives first, the rest is on its way. Nothing is missing. Contact us if the remaining items haven’t arrived within a few days of your last tracking update.

Lost or delayed packages. If your order is significantly delayed or looks lost in transit, contact us and we’ll either resend it or refund you. You don’t have to fight the carrier; that’s our job.
